THE UNDERGROUND AND URBAN PLANNING – SUBURBAN TOOLBOX represents fit-for-purpose tools including recommended methodology, best practices, guidelines and case studies that allow and encourage the free flow of knowledge and relevant data underground environment. The tools are available to all those involved in managing groundwater issues, to support an improved urban planning and thus a sustainable development.
The Underground and urban planning – SUBURBAN TOOLBOXhas been tested by the urban administrations partners. It was developed as a source of free access to knowledge, relevant to the needs of researchers (eg, researchers geologists) and urban planners and decision makers.
The Underground and urban planning – SUBURBAN TOOLBOX is delivered as a web-based system accompanied by a summary that describes its use.
The session aims to present in detail each of the elements created and actively use the toolbox within circumstances detailed by participants.
